Ervin Nezha (b. 1992, Qukës Shkumbin, Albania) is a writer and educator. He studied at the Faculty of Philology in Tirana and currently works as a native language teacher in his hometown. Nezha is the author of the short story collection To Die Under the Sun (2020), the novella The Winds That Stir the Fog (2022), and the novel The Three Taverns (2024). His work has been widely praised for its clear narrative voice and subtle humor. Drawing on Albanian rural legends, Nezha crafts stories that juxtapose primitive settings with the intricate psychology of his characters. His books have been shortlisted for several major literary awards in Albania. In 2023, he was selected to represent Albanian literature at the Leipzig Book Fair. In addition to his books, he regularly publishes short stories and literary reviews in periodicals.
